A solid team within a proper infrastructure is the back bone of any and every organization and so also at Ebenezer the it is the team work that produces the best results each time in each work.

Guided by the Proprietor Mr. T.O. Francis, the Managing Director Mr. T.F. James leads the team. The Management team is made up by directors Mr. Joy Francis, Johnson Francis, Wilson Francis and Jaison Francis.
 

The office team consists of the Production Manager, Section Supervisor, a Manager, the Accounts section has a strength of 3 and a Receptionist who takes care of the front office.

On the technical side there is a workforce of 42 senior employees and around 60 apprentices who come down for training and practical experience in the printing technology.

Another pride of the press is a strong and skilled Marketing wing which forms the complete team.

The production side is looked after by a production manager, supported by experienced printers, assistant printers, platemakers etc., who work in good co-ordination and with great team work.

A receptionist in the office and office staff with technical knowledge attends to the customers who come to entrust work with us.

Accounts sections have strength of 3 including an Accountant with computer knowledge and a computer operator. Marketing side looked after directly from office.
